Why Choose Us? Things to Remember
when Selecting your Mover

1. Never depend on an "over the phone" estimate!

2. No Mover can accurately bid a job without seeing the house, the size of it, the location,
the route and the destination.

3. Never give 1/2 of your money up front. Any company that is worth its salt and has
wherewithal, should be able to load a building with a deposit of 10%—25%. Whatever
agreement you make; have it in detail and in writing!

4.
The Lowest Bid is not necessarily the Best Bid!

5. For many people, a house move is one of the largest investments they will make in
their lifetime, so you should take the time to check out your mover!

6. When complaints are made by consumers after a move, these are the most likely causes:
    A) They never checked out the Mover’s reputation
    B) They gave the mover 1/2 of their money up front
    C) They took the lowest bid
    D) They never had a written agreement with the mover spelling out the
duties of the mover and the consumer.

7. Remember these truths:

A) No deal is Good unless it is good for both parties

B) Any deal has to literally make dollars and sense for both parties

When the Move is complicated

You can count on us

To get it done right...

...Start to Finish.  Keep that in mind when you choose a building mover!

Questions to Ask Before you Choose…

1. How long has the mover been in business?

2. Do they move houses on a regular basis?

3. Can they produce names of their last 3 customers?

4. Are those customers satisfied?

5.  Is the Mover’s Equipment in excellent condition?*

6. Are each of the Mover’s trucks currently licensed and inspected ?

7. Are the Mover’s trucks properly insured for general liability, cargo, etc?

8. Is the insurance in force (current)?

9. How many accidents has the mover had?

10. Has the mover had any fatalities or serious injuries in the last 10 years?

11. When was the last time a crew member was injured?

12. Have they ever lost a house?

13. What kind of damages should a consumer expect on a house move?
(cracks in walls, windows, scrapes, scuff marks, ruffled shingles)

2 More Things to Consider…

A) Was the mover fully paid on his last move? If so, the customer must
have been satisfied.

B).*If a Mover takes good care of his men and equipment, he will
more likely take care of your building!
