Great job by McMillan Building Movers! The front section of our beachhouse in Crystal Beach, TX began sagging so I contacted George and Dee McMillan to take a look and see what could be done. George identified the problem to be with 3 pilings and provided a proposal to replace them which I accepted. He took care of all the preparation and executed the work in a safe and timely manner. The removed pilings clearly showed evidence that they were corroding/rotting and that the condition would have only gotten worse with time. In addition to the piling replacements, he replaced/installed additional floor joists and doubled the size of 3 deck pilings. The job addressed the sagging issue and successfully re-leveled the beachhouse. I highly recommend George and Dee McMillan Building Movers and would definitely use them again!!
